About Eru Yu

Excellent Communication Skills and Project Implementing Experience:All over my working experience at Wyeth, it has been characterized by efficient communication and problem solving. As an Engineer Assistant my mission was to conduct various analysis on current operation models involving resource utilization, working environment, and product data system. In coordinating across multi functional divisions, instead of simply doing as much as I can for the project, I tend to focus more on figuring out what are the critical factor that may prevent us from achieving the goal. It could be ranged from extra workload that nobody wants to do to something really challenging. I then try to fill those weaknesses myself or look for complementary expertise, and always come up with an accessible solution. It was in this role that I greatly developed my professional presentation, communication, and inter-personal skills, as well as the ability to succinctly express complex ideas both orally and in writing. Expertise in Business Case Analysis and Outstanding Analytical Insight:With NCU’s training of analytical skills, I focus on speculation by more interests in the explanation of how to arrive at the answer, not just the answer itself. I’ve engaged myself in various business analysis projects with topics covering business information, ERP, and new product introduction, and I had the opportunity to further utilize my quantitative skill set to ensure all engagements are carried out in timely and efficient manner. The part that I enjoyed the best is when I heighten my perspective to see the picture from outside the frame, involved myself in comprehensive management of enterprises and their strategies behind, then make a critical decision.
