About Erv Green

Transitioning from running my own business to 15+ years in leadership at Apple Retail, I am now honored to be part of the University of Michigan community—most recently serving with the School of Dentistry’s IT Dental Informatics leadership team, and now as Director of Support Services for Ross IT at the Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Passionate about continuous learning, I thrive on adopting new technologies, translating strategy into action, and helping organizations and people reach their highest potential. Throughout my career, I’ve been dedicated to ensuring everyone has access to opportunities and feels welcome—especially those who have historically been on the margins. As a people-centered leader and mentor, I take great pride in fostering genuine connections, supporting growth, and building strong, engaged teams. The challenges and experiences along my journey have shaped me as a leader, and I strive to bring positivity, empathy, and a collaborative spirit to every team I join. Let’s connect!
