I have more than 10-years’ experience in adult education, as well as real working experience in many different fields of life (manufacturing, B2B, door canvassing, customer service, HR, Sales, education, residential support/healthcare, managerial post, letting, hotel and catering, etc) that makes me more confident that I could be suitable for fulfilling the position with you. I have excellent skills of planning curriculum on the basis of exam requirements, student needs or around any expectations like time scale, level, etc. At Weston College I worked as a subject specialist in Maths and English, Functional Skills and GCSE level. At Bosch I was in charge of Learning and Development, surveying education needs at BOSCH, the giant German companies, finding the best provider and then manage the course, venues, dates, participants, course materials, etc. for shop floor staff up to management courses, language trainings and organized the whole procedures of foreign 2-3-months trainings, IT and SAP trainings, CNC, etc. I was the owner and manager of a training provider company I managed trainings and courses from the advertising and contacting with corporate clients up to delivering the trainings themselves, full scale front and back office activities, accountancy etc. I am a qualified teacher with experience of working with SEN children (with autism, EBD, challenging behaviour, complex needs) and children in mainstream primary and secondary schools, besides I have nursery experience as well. I received the QTS (Teaching Reference Number: from GTCE. I wrote a Business English e-course book and an e-workbook. In the last couple of years, I have taught 1-2-1, small groups and full classes (up to 33 students) I am specialised in Maths and Business Studies. I can coach sport activities; I used to be a trainer of swimming, basketball and tennis. I am very flexible in every aspect of work as it is required.
