About Erwan Moison

As the Director of two Domitys senior living communities in France, I am passionate about providing high-quality services and experiences for older adults. I have over seven years of management experience in senior living, and over 10 years of management experience in luxury hotels and agri-food. I hold an MBA in Hospitality and Tourism Management, and I am currently pursuing a MS in Management of Innovative Healthcare Structures and Activities at Kedge School. I am a customer service and operations expert who strives to improve customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and employee engagement. I am also a "Climate Fresk" trainer who educates my colleagues and residents on the causes and consequences of climate change, and how we can contribute to a more sustainable future. I am recognized as an efficient leader and team player who generates creative solutions and motivates personnel to go the extra mile. I was the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis 2014 Manager of the Year. I have dual citizenship: French and American.
