AI is everywhere, and this is only the beginning. I see companies every day missing opportunities because they lack a clear AI strategy. Without direction, AI quickly becomes just another experiment – something that never moves beyond a proof-of-concept. And "doing something with AI" makes as little sense as waiting for the competition to pass you by. So how do you make AI work for you? I like figuring things out from start to finish – whether it’s building companies, designing AI solutions, or even cooking (some of the best ideas come when your mind is on something else). I believe the best way to learn is by doing, and AI should be approached the same way: hands-on, practical, and always connected to the bigger picture. Over the years, I’ve seen the same patterns come up again and again: 1) AI, like any tool, only creates value when it solves the right problem. If AI becomes the goal instead of the means, it rarely delivers real impact. 2) Reality is always messier than expected—especially when it comes to data. Big promises and ambitious plans often fail when they aren’t rooted in the complexities of the real world. That’s why I founded Landscape, more than a decade ago. Together with my team, I help organizations cut through the hype and make AI understandable, human-centered, and valuable. Our approach is simple: Define the real problem—before jumping to solutions. Design an approach that fits your business, not just a tech trend. Develop AI solutions that actually work, integrate well, and last. The goal?
