About Erwin Hartanto

Erwin is a software developer who mainly develops web apps. In the past, he focused on web frontend development using React and Next.js, now he currently focuses on backend development with Golang. He is a life-long learner and likes to study new technologies as the digital world progresses. He envisions programming as akin to art, the platforms are the canvas, and the codes are the compositions required to make the art eye-catching. He himself is a digital artist by hobby. Erwin's definition of a great developer is one that does not just care if it works or not, but one that also considers future scalability, maintainability, and performance. He aspires to be a developer as good as what he defines. A developer, literally, is someone who "develops" a product with a great amount of consideration for future-proof solutions and built carefully with care from the starting point. As of currently, Erwin's tools of trade consist of deep knowledge of the ins and outs of React, a solid understanding of server-side development through his time working with Laravel at work, proficient at backend service development with Golang, sufficient knowledge with mobile app development using Jetpack Compose with Kotlin language and Flutter. He is stacked with all these technologies and strive to learn more. Now he currently has an interest in data science field, and plans to add machine learning technologies into his stash of knowledge.
