Digital transformation leader for organisations who want to be in the digital frontline of their sector. With a special interest in Healthcare as a sector under rapid development. Furthermore experience in food, IT, building, pharmacy, engineering and accountancy sectors. I ensure a clear IT vision within the organisation and take care of the investments necessary to realise the vision. At the same time I take the IT team on a journey to the next level of professionalism where it comes to customer focus, strategy, information planning, architecture and project management. Development of the IT environment is done in an agile/scrum way where possible. Bringing experience in culture change, process improvement and organisational politics from national and international organisations as skills necessary to make digital transformation a success. Having experience in organisations up to EUR 80 billion revenue and FTE, managing IT budgets up to EUR 20 million en IT organisations of 70 FTE providing full IT services. 20 years of management experience, of which 7 years of project management experience, both national and international. Furthermore I'm owner/director of an Academy that educates supervisory boards and boards of directors of healthcare organisations and pension funds how to deal with the topic IT in the boardroom.
