Sink Unique”, our KUNe company slogan and play on words with which I can also personally identify. The courage to "think unique" was the foundation for my own company. My professional development began with the craft of technical drawing. Further training and education have honed my business profile and ultimately led to self-employment. Digitalization - Process optimization - Cost accounting - Strategy development - Metal processing. These are 5 areas where I feel at home. I have frequently been able to demonstrate my expertise in these areas in my fields of work and expand it with new experiences. Processes and paths are rarely taken alone, so as a CEO, a good team culture is particularly important to me. Working towards a common goal on an equal footing - that's how I understand team leadership. Digitalizing work processes and "freeing" employees from unnecessary tasks because only in this way is there more time for the really important steps. Professional achievements: From red to black: As the business field manager for metal technology (COO) I, together with the CFO, achieved a significant turnaround, transforming a highly deficit business area into a profitable one. How? With a new strategic direction, creation of standardized processes, and the right people in the right positions. KUNe: With my own company, which I established alongside my role as CEO, I expanded my skills in the areas of DtoC sales and online marketing through self-study, thus making the leap into self-employment. A successful online business offering high-quality stainless steel sinks, with which I reach customers all over Europe.
