Audit manager of clients in several industries (mainly housing institutions, production, shipping- and trading companies), both international and local engagements. Experienced in local and international accounting (Dutch GAAP, IFRS) and auditing standards. The main responsibilities and activities- Audit of financial statements (statutory and group-reporting) and other financial reports (e.g. subsidy declarations, specified procedures)- Key contact person of the client with respect to accounting/auditing issues and process- and financial project-management- Participation in several Dutch PwC-projects with respect to data-analysis- Managing the operational engagement teams during the audit procedures- Key contact person and coordination of the group- and component engagement teams with respect to their accounting/auditing procedures and process-management- Preparation of the client reports which includes the audit findings (e.g. board-reports, management-letters) and discuss these with the clients- Consultant at the Dutch National Office with respect to technical consultations and operational questions from Dutch audit colleagues (Auditing, Accounting and Risk Management)- Participation in several Dutch PwC-projects with respect to social enterprises.
