Taking Customer Service/handling orders end-to-end, including the logistics part and customer satisfaction to a higher level is what I do, every day. Going that extra mile to satisfy a customer, makes me happy. I believe in self-discipline: never give up, be passionate and driven and above all be collaborative. I try to inspire and influence my colleagues, My 3 pro’s: Proactive, problem solver and professional attitude. Good leadership is important however mutual respect is one of my top values. And last but not least: always inspect what you expect: this approach will avoid a lot of problems and waste of time. “After action comes satisfaction.
