I am a senior IT leader with 20+ years of business experience delivering large change initiatives to maximise business results through people, technology and data. In my day-to-day role I work as a people- and result-oriented leader who develops both individuals and teams, driving digital transformation, innovation, and strategic change across the organisation. Lately I successfully transformed IT from a support function to an integral part of the business strategy. This includes transformations to standard ERP, setup of a new manufacturing IT/OT organisation, rebuild IT infrastructure and customer services, introducing new capabilities for advanced analytics, cyber security, hyper automation as well as establish running IT as a business.
