My name Erwin Syalestia. This is my career journey. My professional career began when i was 21 years old, after graduate from UNJ taking major education. I was interesting helping people out of their problem. The first opportunity coming to me is a Customer center in bank industry, BRI. I was joined BRI Customer Service. I have such responsible like handling all complain regarding the financial product, opening new bank account until manage some request from clients opening deposits. As the time flies, I am no longer working for BRI because I have to back to my hometown Palembang. I haven't worked for 1 years and spent my time to learn about marketing. Selling is a unique business activity, yet can earn a lot of money for the company also myself. I start my learning as how to make people trust of our product, bargaining and selling a company product. However i decide to Bentoel group as a sales retail. My mission is to acquire many retail to using our product and also help arrange the display, so its possible to customer seen our product in front. I learn a lot of things as a sales, how to make a deal, bargain with customer, and how to educate them about our product advantage. And I'd really love to do some marketing activity, earning revenue and profit for the company. Until one day I joined with a unicorn company, Shopee. I start as a customer service for my 3 months probation period before I've been promote to be a sales acquisition in Business development team. My mission is to guide, and get as many a new seller recently join to Shopee & and I've been doing this for 1 years 3 months long. Recently I've been assigned as a Lead Middle Tail. What I am doing now is handle exclusively for 100 sellers from vary categories in Shopee. Not only managed, solve their problem and monitoring them, its also to educate and make them growth their revenue under my supervision.
