With 15 years of experience in managed services, project management, and consultancy, I have expertise in Microsoft 365, MS Search, SharePoint (Online), and Valo Intranet. I have worked extensively with methodologies such as ITIL, PRINCE2, LEAN, AGILE, and SCRUM. Recently, I have focused on Learning and Knowledge Management solutions and integrations, including developing a patent information system, a university relations database, and an employee networks events system. Additionally, I am responsible for our e-Library scientific research platform. Over the past six months, I have also been involved in researching AI solutions for Learning and Knowledge Management.
