As the Director of PT Solusi Teknologi Nusajaya and VP of People-Operations at Netzme, I blend extensive experience with a hands-on leadership approach, guiding both an emerging startup and an established industry leader. At PT Solusi Teknologi Nusajaya, a Netzme Venture initiative, I develop and implement business workflows and policies, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and drive growth and innovation through strategic planning and resource management in our lean startup environment. At Netzme, a leading digital payment company in Indonesia, I leverage over 15 years of HR strategic management experience to build and strengthen the organization. I oversee organizational systems, policies, values, and culture, while leading talent recruitment, management, and development. My role also includes managing corporate affairs, operations-finance, legal, compliance, and general affairs, and acting as the foreign trade representative to ensure smooth, compliant transactions and partnerships. I aim to foster growth, innovation, and operational excellence across both roles. By building strong foundations for both a nascent startup and an established industry leader, I ensure sustainable success and a thriving work environment.
