Hi LinkedIn community! My name is Esabelle (ee-suh-bell), but my friends call me Esa. I am currently a Compliance Analyst @ Allianz Technology of America. In this role, I work closely with cross-functional teams to identify potential compliance risks and mitigate and implement effective solutions. My role involves participating in activities like managing company-wide trainings, ad hoc audits & cases, analyzing data, and providing insights that help drive our commitment to integrity and transparency. I thrive in collaborative environments where I can contribute to fostering a culture of continued improvement and ethical practices. In both my personal and professional life, I strive to show up authentically to create a space for others to do the same. We do our best work when individuals are empowered to lean into their passions and strengths, and where everyone is provided equal opportunity. I strive to bring my passion for people, learning, serving, and results, to my work each day. I also recently stepped into the role of Program Manager at Hoops4Hope Foundation, which is being stood up locally in the community of Minneapolis. There will be more to come in the next few months as we share our vision, programs, what to expect in 2025 and beyond, and how you can get involved. In my personal life, I am a basketball coach, yoga instructor, avid reader, and self-proclaimed foodie. I enjoy spending time connecting with and serving my community. I am a proud volunteer with the Simpson House Housing Association in Minneapolis, as well as FairTrade Minneapolis. I aim to bring light into every space I step into and make genuine connection with those in my community to provide lasting impact.
