Professional competences Esben is a highly experienced Programme and Project Manager and has worked with business processes, IT, and implementation for about 20 years. In recent years the focus has been on agile combined with Programme and Project Management. He has worked both as an IT supplier project manager and a business project manager. Many of the programs/projects have been carried out in large and complex organizations where globalization and standardization have been a natural part. The main focus has been on the following program and project types- Transformation - ERP implementations - IT development projects - IT application projects - IT infrastructure projects Esben has worked with all project phases - from project initiation, project execution, and on to project completion. Other core competencies include Agile methods, organizational change management, development methods, project models, program setup and program management. The above experience is built across different industries - Manufacturing, IT, Service, Wind, Energy, and Telecoms. Esben holds a Master of Science in Production Engineering and has supplemented his education with university courses and training in project management, change management, and computer science.
