Mental Health Educator | Promoting Psychological Safety in Workplaces and Communities As a Mental Health Promoter and Educator, I design and deliver engaging sessions that help professionals and teams understand the “why” behind human behavior and the “how” of supporting mental wellness. Over the past three years, I’ve facilitated workshops across departments and sectors, equipping staff, educators, caregivers, and service providers with practical tools to better support their clients especially individuals living with disabilities, neurodivergent communities, and those navigating trauma. My work centers on breaking down mental health stigma and making complex psychological concepts accessible and applicable. I create safe spaces for dialogue, teach inclusive language, and introduce evidence-based strategies for improving communication, self-regulation, and empathy.
