Background
About Esha Gorman
I have been the diving coach at Carnegie Mellon University since 2004. In 2015 I took on a new role as the full time director of Aquatics while continuing my work as the diving coach. I manage a staff of around 30 lifeguards, manage the facility needs of the pool and coach both men and women on the varsity swimming and diving team. Over my career as a diving coach I have coached many athletes. We have been successful representing CMU at our conference meet every year and qualifying athletes to the NCAA Regional qualifying meet. I have taken male and female athletes to the NCAA national championships where we have had several athletes finish in the top 8 as All-American divers.
