I am a self-motivated individual with a passion for the development and advancement of green buildings in the commercial real estate sector. With strong communication and teamwork skills, I work closely with my clients in developing innovative strategies to drive their sustainability programs and help them achieve green building certifications. As a Sustainability Specialist, I have project managed the Building Owners and Managers Association Building Environmental Standards (BOMA BEST) certification for commercial and retail properties across Canada; the BOMA 360 Performance Program; the Institute of Real Estate Management Certified Sustainable Property Certification (IREM CSP); as well as written award-winning submissions for The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Award at the local, national and international level. As a Fitwel Ambassador, I also assisted my client in investigating solutions that advance occupant health and wellness in their asset and project managed the Fitwel Certification. In addition to green building projects, I have experience completing environmental audits spanning energy, water, indoor air quality and waste for commercial, retail and industrial properties. I am constantly driven to advance my knowledge in this ever-evolving industry and seek to build stronger connections with individuals passionate about sustainability and the environment.
