About Esha Lovatt

My career change from a sales consultant within the health insurance industry to one in Environment and Sustainability was driven by a keen interest in sustainable waste management and the circular economy. A master's degree enabled me to gain technical knowledge and exposure to environmental law with respect to various aspects of environmental sustainability. Upon completing an MSc, I began working within the environmental permitting team at SLR where I have had the opportunity to apply and expand on my analytical, report writing, interpersonal communication and project management skills in the sectors of waste and recycling, energy production and food and drink manufacturing, for environmental permit applications, management systems in accordance with ISO standards and climate change adaption plans.I also have a passion for promoting mental, physical and social wellbeing, especially within the workplace and have recently taken on the role of a content coordinator within the global Wellbeing Network at SLR Consulting.
