About Eshan Tripathi

My professional career mirrors my upbringing in the Indian Army - unorthodox and dynamic with no base to call as home. I started my career as an Automotive Design Engineer, designing unmanned vehicle for the Indian Army and electric vehicle for companies like Jaguar & Land Rover, but soon pivoted to Public Sector Consulting and then to Entrepreneurship. I have been a consultant for Government of India, World Bank, SAARC, and multiple international projects. My role stretches from strategy consulting to implementation of Billion-Dollar Green Field projects in the domain of Robotics, Additive Manufacturing, Digital Manufacturing, Electric Vehicle, Internet of Things, and Industry 4.0. Recently, I have also unlocked the potential of digital products - by creating a digital business incubation software and a digital zero-contact booking & validation system for the hospitality sector. Areas of expertise include: Social Impact Consulting, Team Management, Engineering, Data Analysis, Project Management, Strategy, Client Relations, Collaborative Problem Solving, Conflict Resolution, and Leadership & Communication.
