As a Learning And Development Specialist at Gap Inc, I design and deliver engaging and effective training programs for various teams and functions across the organization. I leverage my communication and analytical skills to assess the learning needs, develop the content, and evaluate the outcomes of the training initiatives. I also collaborate with other L&D professionals and stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency of the learning objectives and strategies. Before joining Learning And Development, I gained valuable experience in the hospitality industry as a Facilities Executive and an Industrial Exposure Trainee. I learned how to manage and maintain the physical assets, resources, and services of the hotels while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with safety and quality standards. I also developed my skills in teamwork, problem-solving, and customer service. I hold a Bachelor's in Hotel Management from REGENCY COLLEGE OF HOTEL MANAGEMENT, where I studied various aspects of hospitality administration and management. I am passionate about learning new things and enhancing my professional and personal growth. I am always eager to take on new challenges and opportunities that allow me to apply and expand my knowledge and skills.
