With over 7 years of experience in human resources, I am passionate about strategic human resource planning, candidate experience, and interpersonal skills. I am currently a senior human resources associate at Carelon. I am motivated by the opportunity to leverage my expertise and diverse perspectives to support the talent acquisition and retention strategies of Carelon, and to contribute to its mission and culture of excellence, innovation, and compassion.In my current role, I am responsible for handling the complete cycle of recruiting activity, from sourcing to offer fitment, for various roles and functions across the organization. I work with different channels, such as internal mobility, job portals, direct walk-ins, employee referrals, and vendors, to attract and engage qualified candidates. I also coordinate and manage the campus connect program, which involves liaising with placement officers from several colleges and arranging and conducting campus hiring events for interns and fresh graduates. I use my interpersonal skills, candidate experience, and strategic human resource planning skills to ensure a smooth and positive hiring process, and to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
