I am Howard University Psychology graduate with an interest in counseling, empowering positive mental health, and inspiring the youth. Empathetic, motivated, and passionate educator regarded for extensive experience in classroom administration, professional development, and working with youth from different backgrounds. Student-centric instructor with the passion to educate impressionable young minds, maximize their success, and enhance their social and emotional development. Passionate about fostering a safe and positive growing environment that helps individuals of all ages with developing a set of core life skills to manage their social relationships, mental health, physical well being, and self-development. I truly love providing my support to everyone. It has been a honor and reward volunteering my services on Howard University’s campus, at schools in the D.C area like Garrison Elementary School and at Nursing Homes in New York City like Dr. Susan S Mckinney Nursing Home. I am passionate about helping others take care of themselves emotionally, physically, socially, and psychologically. I am extremely interested in finding quick and easy ways to reduce stress levels in our youth today because they are the hope of the future. I empower the youth to involve themselves in their communities and staying occupied with positive and beneficial activities. I enjoy volunteering at schools, and nursing homes just to provide emotional support to those students, patients, or residents in need of it. I continue to plan on providing my services at counseling centers, schools, hospitals, nursing homes, and eventually through my own private practice.
