I am Msc in clinical midwife/health science/having more than 12 years experiences; with in clinical,teaching and research at different Health care institutions and universities. i had vast experience on data collection, data entry, field supervision and as principal & co-investigator at different governmental and non governmental research institutions, projects and consultancies. i had worked at Bahir Dar university as academic assistant, at Debre-Markos Health center as clinician midwife, at Finote-Selam Hospital as clinician midwife and at Buya Health center as health center head and clinician midwife; from recent to far respectively. I had worked at different non-governmental health care institutions like;#mariestopes international Bahir Dar MCH center,#FGAE Bahir Dar model clinic, Dr #Aemiro Maternal and child care center as par timer clinician midwife. Now I am working in Injibar university as lecturer, researcher and clinician.am also teaching at different private health science colleges. in addition to teaching am working at United nation (UN-IOM) as mobility tracking enumerator. am well experienced on different computerized data collection tools; like survey CTO, KOBO,ODK (open data kit) and CAPI (Computer Assisted Personal Interview. The key strengths that I possess for success in this position include:#I have vast of experience in different surveillances and researches with data collection, data entry, analyzing & field supervisor at different research centers and research institutions; Such as at UN-IOM, EPHI, APHI, Frontri, ESA, JSI.e.t.c.#Providing different midwifery skill practices courses to health science students midwifery and nursing students.#Advise and assist students during their research projects.#Supervise and teaching students during clinical practices in hospitals and health centers.#Coordinate and supervise during community based practices.#Assess knowledge skill and practices a and submit results to concerned bodies.#Organizing health center staffs and health extension workers for health center vision and mission as HC head.#Weekly monthly and annually reporting of health center activities for concerned bodies.# Planning Health center plans, monitoring and evaluating with ME team as Health center head.
