I believe organizations must transform their work by boosting innovation and productivity to succeed in times of uncertainty and constant disruption. Today - more than ever - organizations find themselves in a constant state of "make-it-or-break-it," which is a good thing - if you ask me - since this also means a continuous state of transformation and improvement. We cannot succeed if we do not grow, and we cannot grow if we stay too comfortable. I agree that business has gotten more complex. Still, I believe these are times of incredible opportunity and reward for those willing to take risks and dig deep to deliver value to their users – no shortcuts or marketing stunts, just a well-thought-out vision and effective execution. I believe in continuous exploration, experimentation, and opportune course correction, as well as in inclusive problem-solving, ownership, and accountability. I also believe in working smart, so I'm going to go on a limb and contradict Gym Bros all over the world who preach their sacred motto,"No pain, no gain"; instead, I aim to deliver gains without unnecessary pain. I'm a Product Manager with 4+ years of experience in Innovation, Product Design & Management, Agile, and Change Management with a track record of developing digital products and organizational change strategies. I'm a big fan of combining user-centricity, cross-functional teamwork, and technology to drive innovation and sustainable change. I'm known for my strong problem-solving skills, entrepreneurial mindset, creative thinking, communication, and interpersonal abilities such as stakeholder engagement, client relations management, and continuous improvement.
