About Esteban Campillay

With more than 26 years of experience, I have worked with executive management teams and board of directors providing audit services and other advisory services. I am Partner in PKF Chile and I have worked as Lead Client Service Partner oriented to bringing clients best solutions from all businesses. In addition, I have leaded the audit public business area in Deloitte Chile focuses on managing the finance, investment, operational tasks and people for the group and creating an audit quality plan as part of the main challenges for public companies. In addition, I have leaded the public sector industry practice in Chile, creating new growing plattforms and developing the industry community within the Firm. Between 2010 and 2023, i worked, as a Partner, leading and developing audit of financial statements, internal control and other advisory services for financial services companies, chilean and international financial groups, in sector of banking, insurances, real estate and investment management, under international norms such us PCAOB, Sarbanes Oxley and Sec regulations as well as local norms under commision of financial market ( CMF) and other local superintendencies/regulators. Desde 2023 como asociado y actualmente como socio de capital en PKF Chile. Socio a cargo de liderar y desarrollar auditorias de estados financieros y control interno para entidades de industria financiera, tales como grupos y entidades nacionales e internacionales bancarias, compañías de seguros e inversiones financieras bajo Normas internacionales, PCAOB, SOX y regulaciones de la CMF, entre otras superintendencias. Durante los años 2018 a 2020 estuve a cargo como Socio Lider de la línea Audit Public en Deloitte Chile ( Audit Public Leader), después de haber liderado entre el 2015 y 2018 el proceso de implementación de auditoria en línea (Engagement Management System), proyecto de la Firma Internacional implementado a nivel global. Durante los años 2014 y 2017 forme parte del equipo de lideres industriales, teniendo la función de Socio a cargo de la industria Pública ( Public Sector) en Deloitte Chile. Durante los años 2007 y 2008, como gerente a cargo, lideré y desarrollé equipos de auditorías de estados financieros y control interno para entidades de industrias financiera, consumo, entre otras en la oficina de Vancouver, Canadá, bajo normas IFRS, Normas y principios financieros contables de Canadá y EEUU.
