Welcome to my profile. I am passionate about supporting leaders to make their daily lives easier. I dedicate myself daily to learning to be the best specialist in Leadership, Management, Productive Habits, Change Management and Education. I am also interested in Entrepreneurship, Networking and Technology. Creator of the HASYMORE Method (HABIT - SYSTEM - MONITORING - REFLECTION) that serves to manage complex habits at an individual and organizational level. After supporting the implementation of Strategic Planning and Change Management in various organizations, many of them Networks of Schools and Educational Institutions, I became obsessed with a problem, making the changes sustainable over time, which is solved by mixing 4 worlds are possible: Habits, Leadership, Management and Motivation. After completing a Master of Education at the University of Sydney, I founded a place where leaders can keep their habits, management and leadership up to date so they can live with purpose and balance their dreams. My training and experience has led me to identify simple practices that have a high impact at an individual and organizational level, which I have reflected in online courses aimed at leaders who need to make their day easier in the work environment.
