I am an Automotive Engineering graduate from Universidad Internacional del Ecuador, currently pursuing an MBA in Financial and Management Analytics at International Business University in Toronto. Having recently completed a Sales and Marketing Diploma at ILAC International College, I bring a strong foundation in both technical and business disciplines. I currently work at Tesla as a Delivery Vehicle Prep Specialist, where I ensure vehicles meet the highest quality standards before delivery. My role includes vehicle preparation and inspections, inventory management, logistics coordination, and contributing to Tesla’s mission of accelerating the world’s transition to sustainable energy. Previously, I gained hands-on experience in the automotive industry as a Customer Service Representative at AP Car Care and as a Customer Service Professional at D's Spotless Auto Detailing. In these roles, I enhanced my ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences, manage financial transactions, and support operational efficiency in fast-paced environments. Additionally, at Fabriperez, a retail and manufacturing company, I developed solid organizational and administrative skills, overseeing daily sales and financial transactions, coordinating customer inquiries, and supporting team operations. My passion lies in combining engineering expertise, customer service, and business knowledge to drive results and foster meaningful client relationships in the automotive industry.
