About Estefania Marquez

As a lighting designer with over 11 years of experience across the UK and the Middle East, I’m driven by the emotional and functional power of light, how it shapes space, evokes mood, and enhances human experience. My work spans private residences, hospitality, and landmark landscape installations, from alpine chalets and coastal villas to immersive gardens showcased at events like the Chelsea Flower Show. Having collaborated with architects, interior designers, and landscape artists, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for multidisciplinary design and culturally responsive lighting strategies.Currently based in Dubai, I bring a blend of European design sensibility and Middle Eastern contextual awareness to every project. My approach is detail-oriented, client-focused, and always tailored, believing that great lighting is not just seen, but felt.I'm always curious to connect with peers, creatives, and forward-thinking practices. Whether it's sharing knowledge, exploring new challenges, or pushing the boundaries of lighting design, I’m open to conversations that inspire and expand the craft.
