Franchise: • Manage the cash flow and supervise financial transactions to ensure there are no discrepancies in reports. • Forecast of medium – and long-term funding. • Direct cash management operations to include daily cash administration, management of current account and Bank relations. • Manage incoming and outgoing cash effectively and developing strategies to optimize the cash position of the company. • Monitors spending for adherence to budget, recommends variances as necessary. • Responsible for the effective and efficient workflow and performance of the Accounts Receivable. • Collecting accounts; investigating circumstances of non-payment; negotiating and resolving conflicts; expediting payment. Insurance: • Identify and analyze potential risks that are affecting the company. • Evaluate the company’s previous handling of risks, and comparing potential risks with criteria set out by the company such as insurance costs. • Continually review insurance policies to ensure that the company gets competitive terms, conditions and premium rates. • Prepare the insurance budgets. • Maintain records of insurance policies and claims. • Manage any claims investigations.
