Hi! I'm Ester and I am a certified Project Manager. As Project Manager, I've been working for projects related to New Product Development for years. I am strongly influenced by fundamental topic such as Enviromental and Social Sustainability. I'm sensitive to inclusion & sense of community and human rights - with a strong convintion about the importance of a "think global acting local" approach! I also find interesting helping private and startupper with putting together their idea, coworking on their Business Model, using nice tool like the Business Model Canvas! I have a strong sense of ethics and personal value, which naturally always moves me toward a loyal and team player attitude! As side activities, I'm a passionate photographer. I mostly prefer documentary and reportage photography, finding the extraordinary in the ordinary life! As attitude I love to be involved in planning and coordination of multiple things! I've always tried to let people live experiences from what I can provide them with, putting a high attention to the details.
