About Ester Merlino

My current position involves the management of a variety of customers, mainly in the agricultural market, with coordination of several aspects linked to different functions, as for examples, but not limited to, legal affaires, administration, commercial topics and logistic & quality issues. Previously I used to deal with the day to day relationship between the Group JVs and units, giving my support for production volumes analysis, raw materials and equipments/machinery export transfer to other Group locations, managing the administrative and customs aspects of the deals. Furthermore, I have experience in the preparatioof licensing contracts drafts and of technical assistance and know-how transfer agreements. I participated as support in the coordination of global projects which involved our JVs, particularly the Indian one. In parallel, I also managed our Italian patents portfolio, from an administrative point of view, being in touch with our Italian Patent Attorney. During my 37-years-lasting professional experience I’ve had the opportunity to visit several Countries in the world, getting knowledge of local behaviours and standards, as well as I had the chance to meet some Ministries of foreign Countries in Italy, Consulates representatives and high top level managers of different Companies.
