As a Latinx who immigrated to the US as a teen, I have had the opportunity to experience two different cultures. Through this, I have learned and continue to overcome the challenges that arise. I am committed to empowering individuals in navigating life's complexities, forging resilience, and uncovering their inherent strength. I specialize in helping individuals facing a spectrum of challenges, including anxiety, depression, family issues, trauma, and behavioral struggles. By blending proven therapeutic modalities I empower my clients to work collaboratively with me as they are the expert of their lives.
