About Ester U. Sihite

As a bridge-builder, educator, strategizer, and collaborator on matters of justice and belonging, I've brought my expertise, gifts and passion to organizational spaces (mostly in higher education), inviting and moving people to engage in more inclusive practices, and co-construct systems, cultures and environments in which everyone has the conditions to thrive and work/learn. I lead authentically, while being tethered to pragmatic and evidence-based approaches to change, and mutual teaching and learning with all those with whom I work. Specifically, I've taught graduate and undergraduate courses in dialogic learning and communication, higher education and student affairs, and leadership at Stanford University, Georgetown University, Loyola University Chicago, and Seattle University. I have also facilitated over 100 workshops/programs among students, staff and faculty; helped lead people-centered organizational change efforts; and built relationships and bridges with countless stakeholders invested in the goals of higher learning, belonging, organizational effectiveness, and social justice.
