August 2019 – current: Teacher at Tallinn European School o Class teacher grade 8 o Biology teacher grade 9 – 12 o Integrated Sciences teacher grade 8 2011 – 2017: De Ceuster Meststoffen : Strategic Buyer o I was responsible for the purchase commodities. o I took the lead in the negotiations with the suppliers and finalize the purchase contracts. o I set the purchase strategy for the commodities o In cooperation with our in-house R&D department and the suppliers, I tried to incorporate the necessary innovation in our commodity products. o I managed the purchase budget of the commodities and maintained an ever growing network of + 100 suppliers in Europe, Asia and US. o I followed up the stock management and organised the overall delivery plan (timeline & budget planning) in cooperation with the supply chain department. o I monitored the quality of the incoming products and escalated towards suppliers if there were non-conformities. 2007 – 2011: De Ceuster Meststoffen: Product & Sales Support Manager Home & Garden o I was responsible for the communication and technical information of DCM products sold in the retail market (flyers, website, facebook, presentations, …). o I gave technical support to our sales team and our clients. o I have lead the implementation of the process for the development of the packaging and quality control after delivery. o I followed up the European and local (country) legislation concerning fertilizers, soil improvers, substrates and agriculture. o I gave support to the sales teams of the retail market in Belgium, Holland, France and Germany.
