Esther Eapen (MSc./MEd./RPN/ICP/CIC-candidate) is a highly experienced and accomplished strategic leader and educator spanning operations, clinical, marketing and Human Resources departments. With over 15 years of experience in optimizing operations, driving sales and revenue and improving education in the Retirement, Education and Healthcare Industry, she has established herself as a key component of success for enhancing business strategies across different sectors in Canada. In each of her roles, she has helped to improve and drive company growth, revenue growth and overall business performance. Esther has a double Masters from McMaster University and Brock University. Additionally, She attained her nursing diploma from McMaster/Mohawk and ICP certification from Queens University. As a successful leader, she not only leads a team of professionals dedicated to providing high-quality care and services to seniors but also is responsible for exceeding targets, improving key metrics and enhancing service delivery across the region. Skilled in creating and executing strategic initiatives, improving operational efficiencies, and utilizing data driven insights for growth and profitability. An empathetic and thoughtful approach to management helps her to take pride in the relationships she builds with her stakeholders and teams. As an educator and professor for over 10 years, in the School of Nursing at Mohawk College, she has a strong background in developing curriculum, teaching and mentoring students in various health-related fields. Esther has also published several scientific papers and articles during her career as a research associate at McMaster University and can be found as first and second author in renowned scientific journals alongside fellow scientists.
