About Esther Ejim

Esther Ejim, Founder and Executive Director Esther Ejim is a compassionate, dedicated, visionary leader who is committed to the well-being of people. The heartbeat of her life mission as a humanitarian is the genuine love and concern she has for humanity. As the Founder and Executive Director of Naija Worldwide Charities, she has created a worldwide platform to actively encourage and promote peace throughout Africa. Esther’s energy and passion is contagious and she ignites others to give and care for those less fortunate with special emphasis on girls, women, youth, and orphans. Esther has served in various leadership roles which includes Social Secretary, Abia State Development Union, Cochair, Justice and Advocacy Council, PG County Maryland and as a Member, US Association of the United Nations. As an entrepreneur, Esther launched a thriving language services agency, Wazobia World Language Services in the Washington Metro area. She has also successfully owned and operated a day care business. Esther received her undergraduate degree, BS in Social Science and two graduate degrees, a MBA and a MS in Health Care Administration, all from the University of Maryland, University College in Adelphi, Maryland, USA. She obtained her certification from Microsoft as a Systems Engineer and is a certified Food Service manager. She is currently studying for her PhD in Health Services and another Master's degree in Psychology from Walden University. Esther’s diverse life experiences growing up as a child in Nigeria during the Biafra War well prepared her to look for solutions and to appreciate the gift of life. She is grounded in personal courage, perseverance and love. She fully understands the privilege of having basic needs and all the benefits of living in a safe environment. Esther Ejim is a woman of faith who often counts her blessings and lives in constant hope for the good of all humanity
