I believe that food is more than just a meal—it’s a way to connect, learn, and experience cultures. As a vegetarian chef, entrepreneur, and cookbook author, I have dedicated my career to making plant-based cooking exciting, accessible, and meaningful. At Esther’s Cookery, my plant-based cooking studio in Amsterdam’s De Pijp, I host hands-on workshops where people come together to cook, share, and discover new flavors. From corporate team events to private dining experiences and open workshops, I create spaces where food fosters community and sustainability. Sustainability & Business: I also run inspirational workshops to help businesses incorporate sustainability into their company culture through plant-based cooking. Food has the power to shape a greener future, and I love helping organizations explore this through hands-on experiences. Cookbook Author & Self-Publisher: I have written two cookbooks, NOSH and TAHIN, and am currently self-publishing my third book, a celebration of 10 years of Esther’s Cookery.
