I´m a profesional with more than 14 years of experience working for multinational companies, where I’ve carried out a broad variety of roles mainly in Finance (Credit & Collection) and Sales, giving me the opportunity to build a very solid background a full scope of any business and the ability to work in complex matrix organizations and in process driven environments. Over 10 years developing Team Management roles: I combine National and International experience putting in place high performing multilingual sales team in a new GBSS Service Shared Center and after the merge between Air Products and Abelló in Credit & Collection area. Policy Implementation and Project Management: Proven ability to engage with multiple global stakeholders and develop strong relationships with all the departures creating strong network oriented to achieve the business goals given by the Company.
