Background

About Esther Patrick

My creativity and communication skills allow me to work well with and understand the needs of others. In addition, I am organized and able to multitask to fulfill various projects as they occur. My experience as a teacher, substitute teacher, and parent has given me the opportunity to work with multiple ages to create and implement innovative curriculum across disciplines. I have been directly involved with hiring and scheduling employees, as well as coordinating vendors and securing contracts for outside instructors for a recreation facility. My training as an Office Manager for Hill AFB Outdoor Recreation has allowed me to analyze and review budgets for the fiscal year to maintain control over unnecessary expenditures. While employed with Outdoor Recreation, I was able to maintain the budget while renovating the retail shop and enhancing the inventory through annual purchasing to increase the sales for the fiscal year by 40%. I am looking for a career that demands a dedicated and organized administrative professional.
