Esther So is an Environmental Scientist with experience in biological and wildlife monitoring, research, and mapping, environmental assessments, forestry and safety assessments, conservation, and watershed restoration. Esther has professional experience in a wide variety of environmental consulting, urban forestry, conservation, and restoration projects. Her experience includes working closely with special status and invasive species of plants and wildlife, conducting various surveys for vegetation removal, relicensing, and pre-construction, performing biodiversity research for conservation efforts, and conducting forestry assessments for a longitudinal study, safety risk assessment, and tree canopy goals assessment, and performing a broad range of restoration and resource management activities. Her passion is in protecting and preserving the environment and helping create healthy equitable communities.
