About Esther Tram

There are many things in life I would love to do-and with each new opportunity, I wish to impact as many people as I can in a positive and uplifting manner. Graduating from Rutgers Business School with a BS in Business Management and BA in Psychology I began my career as a Sr. HRA at Amazon. There, I developed a wide range of skills and experience in recruitment, learning and development, implementation, and employee relations. I've successfully planned and launched several Rewards and Recognition initiatives and collaborated cross functionally to implement both system and policy changes. Today, a Human Capital Consultant in the Government and Public Services Sector at Deloitte, I aim to develop a broad understanding of Human Capital Consulting and continue to build upon my skills and previous experiences. I am highly self-driven and team oriented with the ability to excel in fast-paced, data driven environments; communicate effectively at all levels; manage competing priorities; and adapt readily amidst ambiguity. Those closest to me would describe me with these three words: Caring, Determined, and Proactive. I can only hope to live up to these characteristics and make sure that in every career or life opportunity, I continue to prove that these qualities exist in me.
