Master in Business Management and Bachelor in Tourism Administration. Specialization in inclusive business and corporate social responsibility. More than 12 years of experience in the tourism sector (working in public and private institutions, in urban and rural areas). Community leader of Techstars in Peru. Mentor and facilitator in innovation events. Expert reviewer in Tripadvisor (opinions and ratings in more than 120 cities, 16 countries). Currently working in the Exports and Tourism Promotion Board of Peru (PROMPERU), leading training and technical assistance programs to improve competitiveness and innovation of MSMEs; promoting innovation events (Startup Week Arequipa Online, Startup Weekend Travel in Lima, Cusco, Ica and Trujillo, and the 1st Hackathon of Tourism in Peru). In addition to encouraging regional governments, OGDs and universities to develop and use market research as a tool for tourism intelligence and planning.
