My excitement for marketing and event activation has brought me to many places in my career - from Boston, to Toronto, the campus of UNC at Chapel Hill, and now Chicago. My experiences working across industries from Global Non-Profit Services, to Finance, to Luxury Retail and Fashion have taught me that what I crave most is to encourage my team's development and drive success for our clients to help them achieve their goals. Currently, as a Market Manager at Neiman Marcus Group, I lead the client development strategies for each store within my market, driving funnel graduation and cultivating relationships with all customer segments. Using my expertise on the top% MVC clients within the store, market, and metro area, I evaluate and share the effectiveness of digital selling tools and other key actions to grow our client base. With the help of my team of Client Relationship Leads, I am committed to contributing to the success of the company by increasing customer loyalty, retention, and satisfaction.
