As an Assistant Manager at Discount Tire, I lead a team of technicians and sales associates to provide high-quality tire and wheel services to our customers. I handle daily operations, inventory management, and customer relations, ensuring that we meet and exceed our sales and service goals. Prior to joining Discount Tire, I served as a Motor Transport Mechanic in the United States Marine Corps for two and a half years. I maintained, repaired, and operated various diesel vehicles and equipment, such as trucks, trailers, generators, and cranes. I also supervised and trained junior Marines, performed quality inspections, and followed safety protocols. I developed strong skills in communication, problem-solving, and teamwork, as well as a passion for mechanical excellence.
