About Ethan Carter

I am a Project Engineer at Pensar Infrastructure working in the Water Delivery team. I have contributed to a wide range of civil and transport infrastructure projects across Australia. My focus for development in my early career is establishing a foundation of trust and credibility among my colleagues and clients in my skills and abilities to calmly operate in complex multi-disciplinary environments. I have a passion for advocating, supporting and developing early career professionals and engineers, working with various industry initiatives including acting as a member of the IAQ EPIQ SteerCo. I love to work in fostering the importance of technical development, professional success and industry networking and thus enriching the work life of my industry peers. At Charles Sturt University, I focus on improving the learning and development outcomes of future regional engineers through my role as a current Committee Member to the Engineering School External Advisory Committee (EAC).
