As a finance graduate from the University of Florida, I have a passion for commercial real estate and a strong foundation in financial analysis, valuation, and modeling. I am seeking an entry-level position where I can apply my skills and knowledge to support the growth and success of a dynamic and innovative organization.I have gained valuable experience in real-world settings through my internships at Tesla and CASTO, two leading companies in their respective industries. At Tesla, I worked with the real estate team to identify potential sites for expansion, using demographic data. At CASTO, I assisted the development team in conducting market research and pro forma analysis for mixed-use projects, using Excel, CoStar, and Crexi. I have also developed my communication and collaboration skills, working with vendors across different functions and locations to assist the Tesla leasing team.I am eager to learn from experienced mentors and peers in the commercial real estate sector, and to contribute to the vision and mission of the organization.
