I'm Ethan Chen, a Platform Engineer with hands-on experience supporting large-scale microservices across cloud-native environments. At BP, I’ve led initiatives to improve reliability, performance, and deployment speed for 100+ services running on Kubernetes (EKS & AKS). My strengths lie in designing scalable CI/CD pipelines, implementing test automation frameworks, and driving infrastructure-as-code practices using Terraform, Ansible, and Azure Pipelines. I’ve also built real-time observability dashboards with Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki to monitor both frontend and backend performance.
