About Ethan Cook

Throughout my career—and really my entire life—I’ve always been hungry to learn. If I didn’t have the skill or knowledge a job interview, employer, or client required, I went out and got it…fast. Initiative is my instinct, it’s my pulse, and it has helped me acquire a diverse set of skills and experiences that make me a highly versatile creative professional. However, my most profound career learning has not been in the form of Adobe Illustrator shortcuts, content marketing strategies, or SEO Masterclasses. It has been in the growing and stewarding of healthy, collaborative relationships. These relationships drive me and I believe they drive better work. When people are seen, encouraged, and empowered to contribute what they have to offer, an environment of trust and safety manifests. An environment where daring and innovative ideas can flourish. An environment where genuinely valuing and prioritizing people yields measurable and winning results. I’ve worked to establish these types of environments my whole career and I am committed to continuing this path of never-ending growth and learning to further solidify myself as not only a relationship-driven, creative professional, but a relationship-driven leader too.
